I appreciate you stopping by.
My name is Diana Quartey (pronounced Quor – tay) and I have been studying personal development and productivity for the past 10 years. During this time, my passion to learn and understand the ways in which we can develop ourselves personally and become more productive, has increased exponentially.
The mission of this website is to serve as a motivational tool which will inspire people to become the best version of themselves. My aim is to help champion the idea that we should pursue personal growth and productivity in order to create meaning and true value in the lives of others.
I work in learning and development and also have a young family, so I have the pleasure of knowing what it’s like to be busy all of the time. My schedule is consistently divided into different areas, so I write this blog from a place where I am compelled to plan and strategise in order to even get the basics done. But, let me add, I am not perfect, I haven’t ‘arrived’ and I am still learning everyday, as new circumstances evolve in different areas of my life.
My blog posts are written with interaction and thought provoking discussion in mind so please feel free to leave a comment on any posts that spark your interest and I promise to post a reply to you.
Good to know that you are so passionate about personal development.

Hi I do find your blogs interesting do you think sometimes you might get too emotional?

Thank you for your thoughts Counsellor.
I think that as long as I display an appropriate amount of emotion which doesnt degrade or dehumanise others, then I’m ok.
Also, you’ll find that my level of emotion is in direct proportion with my passion for personal development.
